Luke began diving in 1992 and became a PADI Instructor in 1997. He began diving semi-closed circuit rebreathers in 1999, certifying as an instructor with TDI in 2001. Besides being a PRISM instructor, Luke also holds instructor certifications for OC Extended Range and Advanced Trimix.

Luke runs Image Dive and Charters offering basic open circuit, advanced, technical and rebreather training and trips, out of Perth, Western Australia.
