Bio

Matt Elder has been introducing people to the underwater world since 1994 when he earned his PADI instructor rating at the age of 24. He went on to work for Club Med on Provodenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands and San Salvador in the British West Indies.

Having been intrigued by diving medicine he completed courses in Dive accident management, hyperbaric chamber operator and Emergency medical technician.

In 1995 Matt returned home to Southern California were he earned his Master Instructor rating and continued to train divers.

In 1996 Matt became interested in technical diving and thus began his quest for technical training in Southern California.

His most recent training took him to Akumal Mexico where he completed a GUE Cave 1 course.

Matt is committed to mission specific training with a dedication to safety.
