Steam Machines, Inc requires a 25% deposit on all rental bookings and equipment purchases in excess of $1000.00. Click here for information on purchase, training, and certification for the PRISM Topaz. Steam Machines, Inc general pricing policy is as follows; 1. All prices and shipments are FOB Lebanon, Tennessee and shipped by UPS or by other suitable transportation. 2. All domestic orders are required to make payment by either COD, cash, money order, credit card, wire transfer or cheque prior to shipping. 3. All international orders are required to pay in US$, in advance of shipping, either by credit card or wire transfer. 4. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. 5. A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned cheques for any reason. Replacement must be made in cash/cashier's cheque/money order, including the fee. 6. Merchandise may not be returned without prior approval. All returns must have a RMA# marked on the shipping box, with a note of explanation. They should be returned in the original packaging within 90 days from receipt. Shipping must be prepaid. 7. A 15% re-stocking fee and/or a handling charge of $25.00 will be charged against returned saleable merchandise. 8. All prices, term discounts and conditions are subject to change without notice at any time.
