March, 2001: The United States Navy Experimental Diving Unit purchased and took delivery of a standard, commercially available PRISM Topaz Closed Circuit Mixed Gas Rebreather for test and evaluation. See their report. November, 1999: Steam Machines was invited to visit the N.E.D.U.(Navy Experimental Diving Unit) for a quick-look study.
